Other Cinema’s Craig Baldwin has organized an explosive compound of media-artworks from the 1975-89 period, including not only experimental 16mm testimonies, Super 8mm docs, and analog video interventions, but also the longer-form Ant Farm’s Media Burn and Jon Reiss/Survival Research Laboratories’ A Bitter Message of Hopeless Grief. This program provides a brash and angry pictorial and sonic aesthetic of graphic design, street art, collage visuals, cult-jams, and musical ‘counter-attacks’. Featuring works by Bill Daniel, Tuxedo Moon, Bruce Geduldig, Mindy Bagdon, and more. Featured artist Bill Daniel will introduce the program.
